Product Description

Shell mold casting is a process using thin shell to model, and the thin shell is made of precoated sand.

Sand box isn't needed in the shell mold casting process.The precoated sand will be hardened when heated. Covering the precoated sand to the 180～280℃ metal plate, then they will be hardened into a thin shell (with a 6～12mm thinkness). Then heat the shell to achieve sufficient strength, clamp the two shells and pour the molten metal.
